Well, things have not gone so bad for our little business the last four years. We are still here : our Stand Up Paddle Boards company, Redwood Paddle, is the third in its sector in France, and we are shipping worldwide products I have worked on as the team's graphic designer.
My arty stuff is gaining exposure and I am beginning to sale some pieces. My photographic work is in stand-by and tattoo is still my bread and butter.
Earning a living creating is still bliss !
That makes me a really lucky and happy artist !

Well its been one year since our warehouse "Le Hangar" grand opening, and we are still afloat : that's already some kind of victory.
I knew graphic design and photography were not going to get me a lot of money, still I was far from reality. Business in France is not going very well, and creative jobs don't pay anymore the way they used to. I didn't lose any money, and my tattoos still make my living, but I expected to earn a bit more than I actually did on photography and graphic works. I'll keep working as much as I can and see what happens.

A moment to remember, last saturday, my partners and I did a party to celebrate the opening of our common workshop : "Le Hangar" (The Warehouse). We had great fun with cool people from all over south France : Marseille, Montpellier, Toulouse...
Bikes and Rides all over the place, surfers, greasers, bikers, artists and "normal people" having a great time together, enjoying the place we created and wishing us the best : yes indeed, a great great moment.

2013, a year full of promises. I have been a professional tattoo artist for nearly 10 years now, and I am getting a bit bored from tattooing things I don"t really care about : so here is the big  new year decision : less tattoo, but more interesting tattoos !
And more photo and graphic design projects : I have rented another place, at a location called "Le Hangar", where I will work on these topics, I have created there a small photo studio and installed everything necessary to run Photoshop the best way possible... I am thrilled by all the possibilities ahead !
